This seminar provides an in-depth understanding of the latest developments in multimedia technology and features a variety of activities, including the main conference, keynote speeches, workshops, and challenges, covering key issues such as the application of generative models in multimedia, the reliability and fairness of AI, and video/sound analysis. Assistant Professor Xu Zhan from Sun Yat-sen University presented the latest research results on behalf of the team and had in-depth exchanges with scholars from around the world.
The conference's discussions inspired Chan Hsu, especially regarding AI fairness and multimedia retrieval systems. Workshops and challenges helped participants understand AI’s potential and challenges in multimedia data processing, deepening the team's knowledge and fostering international academic connections and cooperation opportunities.
